Super king ensuite room in Angel - upper street!!

The House + some other bits and bobs:

The house is located just off Upper Street, with easy access to both Angel Station (Northern Line) and Highbury & Islington station (Victoria Line)

While we're not entirely sure what the building used to be, it's incredibly spacious and fully furnished with everything you need, including an 8-person dining table—perfect for hosting a dinner party or two!!

And we have a guitar and a piano but none of us plays so maybe we can all learn together and start a flat band.

I should probably say that Ottolenghi is right around the corner from us as well.

Overall the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms.

Your Room:

The room is absolutely massive, furnished with a super king bed, has plenty of storage, and also a private ensuite, which has both a separate shower and a jacuzzi. The room also has access to our very own courtyard which is rare to have in central London.

The room is also the full width of the house, so you can imagine how spacious it is!

A bit about your future flatmates:

-Augusta, from Denmark, she is the founder of a health tech startup and a big fan of croissants.
-Fred, also from Denmark, works as a shipbroker and has a soft spot for Smashburgers.
-Simon, from New Zealand, works in media consulting and is still on the hunt for a great coffee since moving to London.

Fred & Augusta have known each other since primary school but we are all pals and, as you can tell from the descriptions above, we're foodies who love exploring new eateries in the area. We enjoy having dinner together (Fred is probably the best cook), grabbing weekend morning coffees, and watching movies as flat fam, but we also respect each other's personal space.

Other info:

We would be open to a couple as well since the room/house is very spacious.

The deposit is to be sorted out at a later date when we roll over with the new contract.

When you message, we'd love to hear a little about yourself and what you do for a living - but also happy to answer any questions you may have.

We are super flexible with viewings and the house is ready asap.
