2 Rooms in a gorgeous flat

Hey! Are you looking for an awesome room in the middle of Angel? If so, this might be the ad for you! My two awesome housemates are both leaving London at the end of November so there are two rooms available in the flat.

Room one is the largest and is for rent for £1095 per month. Room two is for rent for £900 a month, but is still a really good size double room. Both of the rooms are really light and have massive windows and room to work from home.

Bills tend to be approx. £150 per month per person (council tax, wifi, water, gas/electricity). Included in the rent is our lovely cleaner who comes once a week.

About you:
Ideally you'll be friendly, between 27-35 and up for a bit of socialising with housemates. I'm out a lot but enjoy living with people who want to chat and be a bit social when we're all in. Unfortunately the landlady doesn't accept students so it's professionals preferably

About me:
I'm Jess, I'm 32 and work as an accountant. I enjoy going to the gym, out for dinner/pub, seeing comedy and theatre and am generally up for most new stuff! When I'm home I love a bit of trashy tv and a good gossip about politics/the world/anything and everything.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The flat was ENTIRELY RENOVATED in July 2020 - which means it feels brand new and is in an ideal location! It's a 3-bedroom flat with a modern, bright bathroom and a spacious living-room. With this flat, you will have access to a private garden (shared only with the residents of the building, but usually quite empty!), so it's great to have a view onto this green space.

LOCATION
This flat is ideally located about 5 mins walk from Angel station, next door to Camden Passage where a quaint antique market takes place every weekend. We are 5 mins walk from Regent's Canal (ideal for morning walks!), 20 mins walk from Highbury Fields if you fancy some greenery (or dog watching!) and 20 mins walk from King's Cross Station. All restaurants & bars on Upper Street (or Supper Street?) are super close too.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has two comfy couches, including one which can be turned into a double bed if you'd like to have guests over. It also has a glass dining table and 3 assorted chairs.

BATHROOM
The bathroom gets a lot of natural light with two windows. It has a large shower / bath and it even has underfloor heating (the dream!).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well furnished with a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fridge & freezer, a large kitchen table and 4 chairs. There's a lot of storage space and all appliances are in good working order.
