A cosy, bright room in Angel

Hi there,

I am very sadly leaving London/UK in mid-December (move-in date is flexible) and my cosy and very comfortable double bedroom will be available to rent then to another fabulous female ✨

It’s in our beautiful 2 bed flat, right next to Angel Tube, in this very safe and friendly building.
The flat has a south-facing lounge, so it’s always bright and warm.☀️🌤️
All floors are wooden and the kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors.

The bedroom is fully-furnished with a very comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and ample storage space.

Farah (my flatmate) is staying on and she’s a super flatmate (working professional, 29 y/o Canadian) who’s so easy to get along with
The flat has great central heating, a lovely bathroom with excellent shower pressure, and a nice bath. And the kitchen has gas-cooking facilities, a fridge and separate freezer, and a top-quality Miele washer/dryer!

We’re just a few mins walk from all the major grocery stores near Chapel Market, with excellent tube/bus connectivity.
We’re just 3 minutes walk from Angel Station, 4 minutes walk from Camden Passage and 2 minutes walk from Upper Street. So the flat couldn’t be more convenient!
The rent is £1100 per month. Plus bills come to £150 pm ~, including all utilities, council tax, broadband.
We also spend £25 per month each on our wonderful cleaner who comes twice a month. Our very kind and helpful landlord pays the balance
