Double room available in a 4 bed flat in Islington. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and hallway area in between all the rooms which we have made into a cosy TV/ chill area.

Location is perfect in central London on Cally Rd! Less than 10 mins walk to the overground and around 10 mins walk down to Kings Cross for the underground. Angel is a 10 minute walk away. Lots of local shops down the street plus an Iceland, 24hr petrol station Tesco and Co-Op, then if you walk to Angel there’s a big Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

The bedroom has a large west facing window (lots of sun in summer) and we can access the first bit of balcony outside of it.

Rent £705 + BILLS
Bill roughly £100 pcm maybe a little less
Deposit - 6 weeks rent

DATES & LET

Available from 20th November. Short term (2 month let) considered, otherwise rolling contract but hoping for at least 6 months.

FLATMATES

Living with 3 others - 1 male (26) and a couple - male (26) & female (23) - all friends who get on well and like to chill together but also do their own things. Quite a creative house with everyone working in music, DJing and photography but not a crazy party house! Have the very occasional pres or afters but rare, and sometimes like to go out!

Mixture of work from home and out n about so would be good to have someone that works out or also has a mix!

Looking for someone who is chill and creative. We want it to feel like everyone has their own space but also is looking for somewhere homely and hopefully you will become a new friend!
