We’ve got a beautiful & sunny room available in our friendly shared flat in Angel. We're a mix of 5 sociable folks in our late 20s to mid-30s, & we are looking for a new housemate to join us!

* 3 floors with a bathroom on every level (lots of privacy despite 5 of us!)
* Big shared living area with comfy sofas
* Spacious kitchen & a cute little garden
* A 10-min walk to Angel station, 15 mins to H&I, 20 mins to Old Street
* Steps away from Camden Passage, Upper Street, and all the cool spots Angel has to offer! 🍻🍴

* Available from Jan 15th (some flexibility from 6th Jan if needed)
* Rent includes all bills + weekly cleaner
* Huge double with two big windows!
* Plenty of space for a bed, desk, wardrobe, and more
* Unfurnished (ideal if you’re happy to buy wardrobes & optional to buy ottoman bed base & drawers)


What we’re looking for:
* Female only
*Fun, open-minded, and friendly person
who enjoy a chilled vibe
* Ideally with flat-sharing experience
* Must be aged 26+
* No pets, no couples
* 6-month tenancy minimum
