Looking for someone (female) to take over my contract for a small double room in central London. Zone 1, just a short walk from Farringdon and Angel station.

This is a 4 bedroom flat with one full bathroom (shower cubicle + toilet) and one separate toilet. You will be sharing the kitchen with three other people.

Commuting to central london is super convenient! This flat (EC1V) is ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the Farringdon station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith line, Circle line) and Angel station (Northern line).

Sainsbury’s local is only 4 minute walk away. You will also be just a 10-minute walk away from Islington High Street, which has the big Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, H&M, Uniqlo, and more. The Exmouth Market, with Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese restaurants and cute cafes/shops, is only 6 minute walk from the flat. Ten minute walk from Regent’s Canal, ideal for a relaxing stroll. There are many lovely and homey pubs, as well as trendy restaurants and bakeries (Jolene, Pophams, Buns from Home) nearby.

The £900 rent does not include bills and the bills (water, gas & electricity, wifi) usually come up to just under £50 a month. The cost of common household essentials is divided using Splitwise.

Suitable for mature students as it is only half an hour commute from LSE, King’s College, and other central London universities.

Looking for a flatmate who is respectful, clean, and sociable. We manage the cleaning of common areas by a rota system so it is important that you are able to commit to the cleaning schedule and clean up after use in the kitchen and bathroom.

The current flatmates are girls in their early-mid 20s and are all recent masters graduates from LSE/early career professionals. We are looking for someone similar.

The room is available from December 14 but the move in date is negotiable.
