Room avail in Angel asap

Hello! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious home in Angel, London, with a room available immediately. The rent is £1150 per month (excluding electricity and water bills), and the landlord requires six months’ rent paid upfront in December. The lease runs until the end of August.

A bit about us: Nicolas, Thomas, and I are master’s students in different fields, friendly and open-minded. Our home is bright and spacious, with two bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and even an outdoor terrace!
