Hey lovely people!

We’ve got a double room available in our friendly shared flat in Angel, Islington!

We are 3 kiwis, 1 brit (3 gals, 1 guy) who all work in advertising/ design. We’re a mix of independent folk with busy lives but love hanging out in the kitchen or sharing a drink/ having a movie night now and then 🍷. Not a party house, but always down for a good time!

About the flat:
* 3 floors with a bathroom on every level (lots of privacy despite 5 of us!)
* Big shared living area with comfy sofas
* Spacious kitchen & a cute little garden
* A 10-min walk to Angel station, 15 mins to H&I, 20 mins to Old Street
* Steps away from Camden Passage, Upper Street, and all the cool spots Angel has to offer! 🍻🍴

* Available Dec 15th
* Rent includes all bills + a weekly cleaner
* Cosy double room, fits bed, desk, drawers & shelves
* Unfurnished (only shelves/storage unit stay)

* Fun, open-minded, and friendly people who enjoy a chilled vibe
* Ideally with flat-sharing experience
* We’re in our late 20s/ early 30s so looking for someone aged 25+
