Hi all,
I am in the talks with a private landlord to secure a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 4th floor (with lift) near Angel and am looking for a flatmate. We would sign the contract together and both be on the tenancy agreement. The start date would be December 28 2024.
Important to note: From the video, only the basic furniture will stay, I. e.
- Living Room: Black sofa, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs (no side couch, work table, etc.)
- Room: Bed and bedside tables (no chest of drawers)
Room:
- Double en-suite with 4-door wardrobe
- West-facing, so would get afternoon light
- £1,500pcm rent + bills
- Fixed bills per person: Council tax £126pcm (Tax band F) + Heating and hot water £48pcm
- Variable bills: Electricity, Water and Broadband
Location:
- 8min walk from Angel station (Northern Line)
- 1min walk from nearest bus stop
- 5min walk to Co-op
- 6min walk to Sainsbury’s Local
Ideal Flatmate:
- Someone who is very clean (please do not message if you are untidy / messy) - this is really important to me
- Someone who is up to having a chat and to hangout together, but also has their own stuff going on
- Someone who WFH less than 2 days per week
- Someone respectful and able to communicate maturely
