Beautiful canal-side maisonette in Angel

Hi all!

Sadly my London adventure has come to an end so looking for someone to take over my room. You’ll be living with Issy (From Aus, our very own Sporty Spice! Aussie rules fan, loves a run, good book and cozy glass of wine) and Claire (From NZ, Wildly talented interior designer, lover of markets, dinner parties and a pub roast).

We're a very relaxed household and looking for someone who is keen to be a friend, as well as a housemate. House dinners, pub trips and drinks in the garden,

The double room gets tones of light and comes with a bed and a large built-in wardrobe. We also have a nice living room with a dining table, lots of storage and a little garden with a bbq. There's a shared bathroom with shower + toilet, and an additional toilet too.

We’re located in the cutest area right by the canal, which is great for running or summery walks. We’re 5 minutes from Angel station and about a 20 minute walk from Highbury and Islington or Old Street. There’s lots of great pubs, shops and restaurants nearby and great access to the centre, North or East London.

Rent is £960.95/month inc all bills
Room is available from 17th of Jan (but can be earlier as I’ll be travelling)
Bond is £961.54

After being here for a few years the girls have decided not to extend the lease which ends April 17th. Our landlord would be willing to extend should you wish to stay on but let me know if you’re interested! We’ll be doing viewings on Monday night 😊
