Hey guys ! I'm subletting my room while I am abroad right now, as soon as possible till the end of February, with a possibility to take over the lease afterwards.
It's a large double room right on Angel Upper Street in Islington, N1 2UQ ! The room comes fully furnished, as well as the entire flat, and it's super cosy and well situated. There's two bathrooms, and one with a shower. Also a super cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen !
5min walk to Highbury and Islington Station, and 15min walk/5min bus to Angel Station. As you're right on the upper street, there's multiple buses just outside the flat, going in all directions.
You'll be sharing the flat with my roomate and friend Zoe, 24, from the US. She's currently working as a barrista and a nanny, and we met the past year while doing our Masters at LSE! She's super easy going and loves to hang out for a movie night or night out, and will welcome you into the flat!
The room is 1100£ pcm. Bills are around 100£ per month. Looking for someone ASAP till end of Feb. Don't hesitate to message me if you're interested.
