Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me in our 3 bedroom house in Islington/Angel. The move in date is April 13th, 2025 but there is some flexibility.
Some things about the space:
The house is a spacious three bed, one bath with a lovely patio. Your room would be a double room pictured in the ad. It comes with a bed frame, mattress, dresser, and has a closet. There is a desk in the shared common space that can be used as a work from home space. We are a 15 min walk to both Angel and Highbury and Islington station. The house is in council tax band D which results in a cost of £200 per month, £66 per person. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, and wifi) are approximately £50 per person per month.
Some things about the housemates:
You would be joining a friendly and social household with two 26-year old females. We often cook for each other, watch movies, and occasionally play games. We all like to travel and so we tend to plan UK day trips with each other or London days out in parks or museums. We are looking to keep the good vibes going!
Some legal stuff:
The current roommate (myself) is moving back to Canada and looking to change the sharer for the rest of the year lease from April 13 - Sept 12 with ability to extend. All paperwork would be done through the letting agency. You must prove that your income meets the required amount which is currently 30 times monthly rent share £38,500. This can be supplemented with proof of savings. Tenant will also be required to submit an independent reference check.
