En-Suite Room In Lovely Angel House

Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving out to live on her own, so we're looking for a sociable, respectful, and clean flatmate to replace her.

The house is a lovely Victoria 5-bed terrace house in Angel, and it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the tube station. It's an incredible location! The room available is a spacious double room with and En-Suite (toilet, sink, and shower), located on the middle floor of the property. There is also a spacious shared living room and kitchen. The rent is £1060pcm, which includes all bills.

FYI - the current ad doesn't have a picture of the living room/kitchen yet but it will soon!

The current flatmates are all professionals working in array of industries including music, emergency services, charity, and retail. We're a friendly bunch of people who socialise with one another, but also respect each others space and have our own lives outside of the house. We're looking for someone who will fit in to this dynamic and be happy to hang out from time and who respects the shared areas.

The current flatmates are into everything from music to film, travelling, going to the pub, sport, history, politics, exercise, art, fashion, reading, cooking, etc.

We'd like to the new tenant to like-minded and share these interests. They also need to be clean and tidy, respectful of noise within the house at unsociable hours, and friendly.
