Furnished double room in spacious maisonette flat

Located in a quiet street off from Essex road with a Tesco at the end of the road (1 min) and Upper Street 5 minute walk away.

Essex road station is 2 mins away.
Angel station is 15 mins away.
Highbury and Islington is 15 mins away.
Multiple bus routes stops (runs 24 hours) 1 min away.

The flat is semi furnished (bed, wardrobe, fridge, couches, tables) however my housemate is taking the TV, so if you are moving with one that would be brilliant!

There is space enough in the room to fit a desk either upstairs or downstairs.

Rent excludes bills (water ~14pcm, internet £13.5 pcm, gas/electricity ~50pcm) and council tax (£84 pcm). You’ll be added to the 12 month lease (unfortunately with no break clause). There is a 5 week deposit needed and you will need to go through required rental checks beforehand.

You’ll be sharing with myself (female, non-smoker, 28, working in financial services and in the office 4-5 days) from Australia who loves Arsenal, cycling and coffee. I’m often at the gym/out most weekday evenings, and out for a big cycle on the weekend, but always happy to hangout when around. 😊

Hoping to find a flatmate who is around the same age, female, non-smoker and (ideally) has already lived in a 2 bed flat previously.

A note that the room is the master bedroom, and comes with a wooden bed frame (not featured in the photos) but doesn’t come with a mattress. The scaffolding has been removed 😊

Move in date is June 1.
