Max and I (current tenants) are moving out of this flat as we have decided to move east as its closer to both our places of work.

The location of the flat is perfect with an 8 min walk to angel station where you can access the northern line and a 10 minute walk to Caledonia Road and Barnsbury where you can get the overground. There is also an abundances of buses running day and night to all over the city.

The flat has a spacious living room attached to a balcony and two good size double bedrooms PLUS a third very small single which we used for guests and extra storage. There is a separate kitchen and then the shower and toilet are separate too.

Things to note: the red room is now a neutral off-white!
