Hi! I’m Alex, 33, originally from Manchester. I currently live here with Tiffany and Charlotte – we’re a friendly and respectful household looking for someone similar to take over my room as I’ve just bought a flat.

About the Flat:
• Bright, spacious living and dining room with a balcony
• Big shared bathroom (plus extra storage space in there)
• The flat is quiet – no neighbours above or on either side
• Secure building access controlled via phone (no physical keys)

The Room:
• Recently replaced mattress
• Previously used as a WFH space – plenty of room for a desk if needed
• Includes built-in storage cupboard just outside the room
• Not huge, but I’ve got a lot of stuff and it all fits comfortably

Extras:
• Bills are approx. £85/month
• We also have a cleaner every other week – £15 each per clean
• Landlords are responsive and helpful
• I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and genuinely love the space

Move-in Date:
• I’m flexible – the room is available anytime before 21st August
