Large Double room available in angel by the canal

Sadly I will be moving out of our flat after living here for 2 years, so we’re looking for someone to move in and replace me. It’s been a genuinely lovely place to live bright, calm, spacious, and in one of the best parts of Angel. We’d love to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have!

The Flat
The flat is in an amazing location in Angel. It’s a 2 minute walk from Regent’s Canal, around 10 minutes walk to Angel station, and close to lots of neighbourhood pubs, cafes, and shops. Camden Passage is a 5 min walk with lots of vintage shops!

The flat has a friendly, homely atmosphere. We regularly watch TV together, cook dinner, share a bottle of wine or go to the pub, so we’re looking for someone who is keen to slot into that vibe. At the same time, we all have our own routines and value downtime too, so it’s a good balance of social and independent.

The living room has a warm, cozy feel while still being spacious, with a great setup for movie nights and relaxed evenings. There are large windows that bring in lots of natural light, and the room feels really comfortable and lived in.

The kitchen is genuinely spacious (rare in London), with plenty of storage and counter space, an oven, and hob, newly installed dishwasher, washing machine, and a double sink. You can actually cook properly without feeling cramped.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, which makes sharing easy. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower.

The Room
The available room is a spacious double with big windows and lots of light. It gets lovely morning sun and stays bright throughout the day, especially during summer. It's fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, and side tables. There are also a few other bits of furniture I own that I'm happy to sell for a small amount.

There is plenty of storage and the room is big enough to comfortably fit a desk or work from home setup, without feeling cluttered.

The Housemates

You’ll be living with two lovely women.

Anna is 31 and works as a Pilates studio manager. She’s very active and the kind of housemate who brings great energy to the flat. She’s always baking, enjoys hosting dinners, and is generally very easy to live with.

Ruby is 28, a social worker, and has newly moved in. She’s friendly and easygoing.

We’re ideally looking for a clean, considerate person who is friendly and open to occasionally socialising, while still being respectful of space and downtime.

Women preferred.

Move in date would be the 2nd week of February, but the dates are flexible.
Bills are around £150 per month depending on usage.
Total, including rent and bills would be around £1190 per month.
