Looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious historic Victorian house in one of London’s most vibrant areas – Angel, Islington.
📍 Prime Location:
The house is on a quiet residential street, just a stone’s throw from the best of Angel – Upper Street’s buzzing restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and cinemas are all within walking distance. Angel Station (Northern Line) is a short walk away, with excellent transport links to the City, Kings Cross, and beyond.
🏠 About the House:
• Fully furnished, beautiful 3- bedroom house. You will be sharing with one flatmate.
• Bright, open-plan living and dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen
One full bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and an additional WC on the top floor.
We also have a spareroom, which we currently use as an office and sometimes we have guests to stay over. We can discuss how this room will be shared with the current flatmate.
About you: you are a 25-35 y. o. professional female, who is looking for a friendly and relaxed home environment.
💷 Rent & Bills: £1,850 per month including all bills (council tax, utilities, etc)
The deposit is 5 weeks of rent (£2,000 in total, to be paid to the outgoing tenant)
Lease length: the lease runs until October 2025 but very likely to renew for another year
👭 About Your Future Flatmate:
I am 28, originally from Montreal and moved to London for work (Im a management consultant), and would enjoy having a roommate who wants to socialize, cook together, host dinner parties but also values alone time and independence in addition to being respectful and tidy/clean. I work in the office most days so I am looking for someone that is also going to be working in the office a few days a week. In my free time, I like to play tennis, explore new neighborhoods/walk, try new restaurants, meet new people, and wind down with a book :) etc.
