Islington - room in two bed flat 🤍

Looking for a new flatmate to move into a lovely two bedroom flat in Islington! The room is available from 27th September (with a week’s flexibility). Flat is on Essex Road right next to a Sainsbury’s - lots of shops & good transport links.

It’s the smaller room in the flat - £980 + bills which are around £150ish each). Rent is paid on the 13th of each month and you’d need to go through referencing with the agency (30k+ salary needed), you’d join onto the tenancy which is until Dec 2026.

The flat came unfurnished - bedroom contains bed/mattress, shelf, the frame of an Ikea Pax Wardrobe (you’d just need to get the drawers, door etc). I have furnished the rest of the flat myself, so we have all the essentials - bonus points if you want to help make the flat feel like a cosy girly home (plants, etc). The room gets loads of sunlight even in the winter!

You’ll be sharing with just me - 24, bubbly, sociable and respectful (and also a bit of a clean freak - so if you’re not please don’t message!). I work in the city in Finance (in office 4 days a week) - there is space for a desk in the living room if wfh is needed.
Looking for someone who has their own thing going on, but is friendly and up for doing things together, workout classes, occasional dinners/wine together, odd night out 🫶🏼
