• About 94m² overall, with a huge, light-filled living room (45m²) that’s great for relaxing or sharing a meal
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and all the essentials
• Two bathrooms — you’d share one with just one other person
• Located in a quiet mews, so very peaceful, yet only a short stroll from Angel station, Upper Street, shops, restaurants and cafés
• Let is for 3 years with an 18-month non-break clause, so ideally looking for someone planning to stay long term

About us:
We’re two female professionals in our late twenties who’ve been living here for the past three years. We enjoy socialising, cooking, exercising, hiking, board games, reading and generally making the most of London life. We’re quite calm and laid-back at home — we don’t throw parties, more the type to head out for dinner and a few drinks and be home early. During the week the flat stays quiet, as none of us really work from home.

We’re hoping to find someone in a similar age range and lifestyle, who values a relaxed, friendly and tidy home environment.
