You will be living with a Giuliana, who is the loveliest flatmate! She works as an engineer and loves both a night out and a night in watching Netflix!
You would be replacing me as a tenant in the flat, I have lived here for 1.5 years and it is an absolute gem on the London rental market so I am gutted to be leaving it! I am only moving out due to getting a job abroad and leaving London.
Please let us know a bit about you when you enquire, we are hoping to find a professional woman of a similar age (late 20s/early 30s) who likes to keep the flat clean and tidy!
We are open to either a long term person to take over permanently or a three month sub-let from September 26th - end of December/early January.
Please note that the flat is a few flights of stairs up without a lift!
