Beautiful room in Islington

South facing, beautiful & spacious room in a 2 bed apartment ( no living room). The views are into a mature garden and extent to islington’s rooftops. You'd be sharing with 1 female and her cat Maxi. The rest of the flat consists of a small kitchen, flatmate's room and bathroom with two windows.
I'm looking for an independent, quiet and tidy flatmate (as I would describe myself) that would be delighted to live with a fluffy cat, as Maxi is very loving, loyal and loves his cuddles, but doesn't have access to your room.
The flat is located between Upper Street and Essex Road, with great commute via Victoria & Nothern Line, Overground and busses. Just steps from trendy shops, caffes, bars, gyms, restaurants, cinemas and parks.
