Spacious, sunny Angel flat for rent

Hi there! I am looking for a considerate flatmate to rent a double room in this spacious, sunny flat in Angel, as my current flatmate is moving out of the country. The flat is beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable, while being right in the middle of all the action / nestled between two high streets. There are two tube options nearby and loads of bus stops.

You’ll be sharing the me- a 30 year old American working professional. I love reality TV, morning workouts, casual pub sessions after work, and exploring the neighborhood. I’ve been in London for the last 2 years. I’m extremely tidy / clean and value having a friendly relationship with my flatmate (ideally having a shared show we watch for TV time!) while still having our own friendship groups and plans. I hybrid work from home and from the office in farringdon.
