About The Location:
The flat’s in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.
There are so many supermarkets, gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities on our doorstep.
It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.
About The Flat:
The flat’s a 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender), and a communal kitchen/living room area.
About The Room:
The bedroom’s on the top floor, with access to a private roof terrace, accessed via ladder.
For storage, there are two cupboards in the room, plus you’d have exclusive use of a very large wardrobe in the hallway.
The room comes with a double bed and desk.
The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,097.17.
This consists of:
• Rent – £910.27 (fixed until January 2026)
• Bills – £186.90 (subject to change); this includes high-speed broadband, utilities (electricity, water, gas), council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
We're looking for someone who’s able to pay rent/bills from Friday 19th September, even if you decide to move in at a later date.
The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We’ll require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £475.00 at a later date.

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in finance, medical tech, internal communications, and marketing.
While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy chatting in the kitchen and going to the pub together on occasion.
We're looking for a female, non-smoking flatmate, who’ll treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You wouldn’t be a good fit for the flat if you’re noisy on work nights or a partier.
