One cosy double bedroom in a 4th-floor flat (no lifts) available near Angel station, with several big supermarkets, cafés, and lovely restaurants within walking distance. Generally quite safe and also close to Regent's Canal. ~10-minute walk to Angel or King's Cross tube stations. Council tax included, but bills are roughly ~£85 per month.

This is a 2-bed flat, so you'll be sharing with a professional working in higher education with regular work hours, but may be working from home 1–2 days (max) a week. The household is generally quiet, though I do enjoy having church friends over for dinner from time to time and am always respectful of shared space. I’d like to share with someone in a similar life stage who values a friendly and considerate home. I enjoy chatting and catching up about the day, but also appreciate downtime. I’m an evangelical Christian, originally from Taiwan, enjoy swimming and playing some squash, and usually cycle to most places with Santander bikes.
