Hi! Sophie and I are looking for a 3rd person to fill a flat in Angel. Details are below.

Rent: £1,240/month
Bills: Council tax is Band E – £68.30 per person/month.
Other bills (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi): I will set this up. Not sure of costs at this stage.
Deposit: £1,266.67
Move-in date: during the week commencing 22 September
Tenancy: Managed via agency

The Room
Double room with exclusive use of the main bathroom. The room is narrow but long. It will be furnished with a bed frame, mattress, bedside tables, and clothes storage — all brand new. Hopefully you can use your imagination about what the room will look like with furniture. The furniture will be put in next week, at which point the right candidate(s) can check the property out.

The Flat
Recently renovated and currently being fully furnished by the agency/landlord.
• Second-floor flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, and 1 main bathroom
• Located on a quintessential Angel Street
• Washing machine/dryer combo
• Dishwasher
• Central heating
• Living room will include a sofa, TV, cabinet, and dining table
• Crockery and utensils to be added by us

Location
5–10 minute walk to Angel Underground and Essex Road.
Close to Upper Street’s shops, bars, and restaurants.

Who we are after: a professional female at similar age to us who is house proud and is busy living their best life! Home for us both is a safe space where we can relax and recharge. We both really value a clean environment, and are looking for someone similar who respects a shared living space. We are definitely keen to share a wine/ dinner/ adventure out now and again. We are both in the office a couple of times+ a week and looking for someone who has a similar work set-up.

About us:
Me - Savannah, 30 year old Aussie and have lived in London for 18 months. I'm quite active, love seeing friends, trying new food/bars and travelling around London and Europe.

Sophie - 29 year old Aussie and has just moved to London. Is looking forward to exploring everything the city has to offer and making the most of weekend trips away. Enjoys catching up with friends for drinks, dinners or walks.
