The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus an extra toilet and comes fully furnished. It’s in a great location right by the canal - only a 6-minute walk to Angel tube station and about 20 minutes to Highbury & Islington station.
The new lease starts on 3rd November and runs for 12 months.
About the room:
Good size double room with a bed, bedside table, 2 sets of drawers, and a built-in cupboard with hanging space
Comes with an additional small adjoining room, which can be used as an office (desk and chair included) or as extra storage
Rent & bills:
-Rent: £963.90 per month (includes power)
-Other bills (council tax, internet, water): approx. £145 per month
Application requirements:
The landlord has confirmed that, in addition to a standard reference check, the application will also require some extra information. Please only apply if you are able to provide:
