About me:
I’m Freddie, in my mid-30s and working in the wine industry. From south London originally but now firmly settled in north. I love to cook, chat and drink wine (unsurprisingly). With my current housemates, we live independent lives and do our own thing, but are down for a market stroll or trip to the pub if the mood strikes. This is a warm, welcoming home, where we can come in, take a load off and feel comfortable and I very much want that to continue. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

You -
A friendly soul with a sense of humour who’s respectful and empathetic to their house mates, their needs and privacy. Someone who's self aware, can read a room, loves a bit of healthy communication and likes a clean and tidy space to call home.

The flat is having a bit of a 'changing of the guard' with two flatmates heading off to pastures new so the flat will be getting a bit of a makeover - this is to say, small pieces of furniture, plants and art you may have will be very welcome to brighten the place up a bit!

Essentials -
Room 1 rent: £1010 pcm
Room 2 rent: £1070 pcm
Bills: £200 (approx, includes council tax (band D), electricity, internet, tv licence and a fortnightly cleaner)
Deposit: £965 (tbc)
Move In: 14th October (or sometime that week).

Everyone will be signing a new lease, starting on 14th October, which is for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.
We have a great property manager, who's pretty on it if we need anything.
