The start date would be 15/11.
The room is a large double bedroom, double wardrobe en suite and canal view for £1450 a
month. It's quiet and peaceful, double glazed. 13 minutes from Angel station 13 from old street station.
Bills are around £170 a month.
There is a £50 tenant transfer fee to be paid to Amy, our flatmate who is moving back to Australia.
We have a modern kitchen and living room with a small balcony over a private canal. No issue with smoking on the balcony.
