Description
Hi everyone, I am sadly moving out of my beautiful flat and therefore looking for someone that would like to take over my tenancy!
ABOUT THE ROOM & FLAT:
Rent: £1,230pcm + roughly £150pp for bills (includes council taxes, wifi, electricity and water).
Deposit: £982,73
Furniture: the bed and closet is included. I bought the rest and am willing to leave (for a price) the desk and drawer which I bought and built myself if interested!
Bathroom will be shared between you and the other tenant and the flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift). The flat was recently renovated a few years ago. Located on the main street in vibrant Angel, the flat is a 10-15 mins walk to Angel Station, 10-15 mins to Highbury & Islington, and 5 mins to Essex Road Station. There are also several buses that take you into Central London.
ABOUT YOUR NEW FLATMATE:
I am a 28 year old Vietnamese, from France and the U. S., working in advertising and have been living in London for the last 5 years. I am in the office three times per week and outside of work, I mostly enjoy being out of the house to meet-up with friends, exploring new cafés and restaurants, and love going on long walks around the city. I love being active and have really been enjoying trying different Pilates studios around the area. I also appreciate chilled nights in and love to read, scrapbook, and colour - especially now that the weather has been getting chillier. I’m an early bird and enjoy starting my day early and going to bed early.
ABOUT YOU:
I’ve been flat sharing for nearly 10 years across California, Canada, and now the UK so have had my fair share of flatmates. Everyone says this, but some of the main criteria I’m looking for in a flatmate is someone who’s clean, respectful and considerate. It goes without saying that it would be huge plus if we can be friends, hang out, and have dinner together every now and again; though equally I am also happy for us to just be cordial, and considerate flatmates.
Looking for a working professional, 25-35 years old, girls only, and no couples. More importantly, I’d love to find a flatmate who lives a similar lifestyle / routine, who’s like-minded, respectful, and clean.
If this sounds of interest, then please reach out with a short bio about yourself and what you’re looking for in a flatmate. We can chat and arrange a meet-up + flat viewing so we can get to know each other. Hope to hear from you soon!
