Hey there! Jakob and I are moving out of a flat on Essex rd after living there for 5+ as years :)
We live with Ilaria and Sofiane. It’s a four bed flat with big rooms and a great communal area. We’re all in our early to mid 30s, professionals and have loved making this flat a relaxed, welcoming place to live. We get on really well, enjoy the occasional shared meal or glass of wine, and are looking for like-minded flatmates who value a calm, respectful home vibe.
The rent is £775 and £975 with bills which includes a cleaner once a week for 3 hours. Our landlord (no agencies) is great!

About the Flat 🏠
• 4-bed flat in an great location – just a short walk from Angel Station and Upper Street
• Spacious shared living area with lots of light – great for the occasional shared meal or chill evening
• Fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher- boo!)
• 1 shared bathroom with a toilet and then a separate toilet
• Cleaner comes 3 hours a week (included in bills!)
Both rooms come with a bed and a wardrobe. Though open to you also bringing your own!
