Room to rent in Angel (whole top floor!)

Hey girls!

My housemates are moving out in a couple of weeks so I’m on the hunt for someone to fill one of the rooms fairly quickly (the other is already filled). Move in date ideally 4 Nov, but could be flexible as this is mid-week - open to discussing.

12 month contract

About the room:
- The room up for grabs is actually the whole top floor!
- Huge double bedroom with high vaulted ceilings, balcony, bathroom and separate study area to yourself. It’s a lovely room with a lot of space, overlooking the garden
- Room is part-furnished so comes with bed/mattress and some built-in storage
- £1,500 pcm + bills + deposit

About the house:
- Amazing location!! Situated in Angel between Upper Street and Essex Road, it’s a 5-10 min walk from Angel station and 10-15 from Highbury & Islington
- 3 storeys
- 3 bed 2 bath house
- Private garden, shared living space and kitchen

About your future housemates:
- you’ll be moving in with me, Phoebe (29, works at a foodtech startup) and my brother, Ben (30, just finished doctorate)
- We’ve both been living in London for a fair few years (separately)
- Super friendly, active and have quite busy work/social lives
- Love to cook/eat/go for drinks/exercise etc etc

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone aged between 25-35 to join us asap!
Someone who is:
- Super clean and tidy
- Working professional
- Social - likes to hang out in the evenings when we’re all cooking/chilling

We would be open to a couple as well, though rent would be split equally by 4.
