✨ Huge room available in Angel N1 from 1st December ✨
I’m so sad to be leaving this beautiful space and home, but I’m flying the coop back to Australia, so my room is available for one very lucky gal!

Huge with lots of storage and so much sunlight throughout the day
The lease is until 15th July however there will likely be option to extend (the sharehouse has been going for over 4 years). Room available from 1st December.
£1260 + bills (approx £120/month including a cleaner every 2 weeks and some communal shared items for the house i. e. toilet paper. We all share bills responsibility)
Sharing a bathroom with only one other person
Comes with bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 set of drawers. Everything else is up for grabs though so would be perfect if you’d be interested in buying! (desk, chair, tallboy, couch, bedsides, mirrors)

We have the entire Georgian townhouse so the house is very large and spacious: 5 beds 3 baths total with kitchen/dining, lounge, backyard + small rooftop
Incredibly well connected: 8 min walk to Angel station, 15 min walk to Kings Cross, 15 min walk to Highbury & Islington, 5 min walk to Angel Central Shopping Centre (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Boots, Superdrug, H&M, multiple gyms)
Plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and the canals within 5-10 mins walk

🫶 About us
Living with 2 girls and 2 boys aged 26-29, all working Mon-Fri office hours. We get along super well and are looking for someone who is up for being an active part of the house, but equally who has your own things going on as we are all pretty busy bees with socialising, keeping fit, travel, etc. We’ve got a really spacious communal area so love hosting friends for dinner parties or garden drinks now and then, but generally keep the home chill and cosy.
