We are mainly a creative household which consist of 2 female and 2 males, for the most part we are all outgoing, tidy and considerate bunch and would love to welcome someone who shares those same principles.
Concerning preferences we are leaning towards a female that is 30+ and is already in full time employment that is looking for a long term accommodation.
