About the flat:

We currently have a fully furnished double room available on the 1st floor from December 1st.
This twin/double room has a small balcony, offers plenty of natural day light has a tall ceiling it also comes with a wardrobe, desk and chair.

The house has 2 bathrooms one on each floor, small storage area under the staircase And a fully equipped Kitchen which comes with a dinning table, gas cooker, oven, washing machine & microwave.

About the housemates:

We are mainly a creative household which consist of 2 female and 2 males, for the most part we are all outgoing, tidy and considerate bunch and would love to welcome someone who shares those same principles.

Concerning preferences we are leaning towards a female that is 30+ and is already in full time employment that is looking for a long term accommodation.
