Double room in cosy 3-bed Angel townhouse

Our flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a new housemate! The flat is a really nice 3 bed townhouse in the heart of Angel, roughly a 6 minute walk north from Angel tube station.

The area has a great mix of local pubs, restaurants, and cafés, plus all the shops and amenities along Upper Street. The transport links are great, with Angel / Highbury and Islington tube stops within walking distance, and you can even walk to the City in about 30 minutes.

You will be joining the current flatmates (Ayush and Div) who work in finance. Some of our hobbies include to the gym, playing chess (Cafe 1001 Tuesdays especially!), playing FIFA and just relaxing in general.

We’re very easy-going and are looking for someone who’s chill, friendly, and easy to get along with — someone who enjoys hanging out together from time to time, but also values their own personal space and downtime.

The room itself is a double bed on the second floor of the flat and you will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person. Rent is £1450 base (includes council tax) and utility bills come to c. £80/month, so you are looking at c. £1530/month all-in.

We might also have a dog 🐶 soon so it would be great if you’re a pet lover!

The room will likely be available mid January 2026, but we are flexible on moving in dates.
