I’m going to be back home for a couple months so looking to sublet my room! Very important that you are clean and mindful as this is not just a house, it’s a home. 🌻

🛏️ The Room:
- Large, south-facing double bedroom ☀️
- Comfortably furnished: welcome to use my desk, screen, speakers, and yoga mat. Comfy double bed with a memory foam mattress.
- It’s on the top floor and no one else is on the same floor except for the spare bedroom that is currently being used for temporary storage and to host guests.

🏠 The Home:
- Safe, residential, Victorian Grade II listed terraced house.
- Large, cosy living room. Great for watching tv or hosting dinner with friends.
- Well equipped kitchen with two fridges, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Private garden
- Large bathroom with another half toilet downstairs.
- You’ll be sharing with two full time professionals. The vibe at home is warm and relaxing. Everyone’s social and friendly but appreciate down time.

📍Location: N1, Angel
- 9 mins walk to Angel tube station (Northern line)
- 1 min walk to the canal!! Fantastic location, very well connected.
- Big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, & Co-op all under 10 mins walk from the house.

📆 Available from 11th December - 23rd February (10.5 weeks)
💰 £1,150 pcm (bills included)
- Security deposit to be discussed
- Open to negotiation for shorter sublet but will prioritise those who are able to take up majority/all of the period.
