Bedroom is a double room with space for a desk. There is additional storage inside the apartment with two storage closets.

Rent is £1175/month
Bills usually range from £150-£175/month including council tax at £101/month

The apartment is very cosy, with a ground floor balcony and separate private courtyard.

Looking for someone clean, easy going and considerate. The location is amazing, just off Essex road, close to many wonderful Angel cafes, the canal and some lovely pubs. It generally takes about 10 mins to walk to the Angel Northern Line.
