I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in our gorgeous Mews house in Angel. I’ve absolutely loved living here since October 2022, but I’m moving in with my boyfriend so it’s time to pass this gem on!

📄 Contract & Move-In
You’d be taking over my contract (running until 17 October 2026), which means passing Foxtons’ tenant checks.

● Move-in date: Flexible between late January – mid February

We’ll be arranging 30-minute interview slots on Saturdays and Sundays throughout January.
