Lovely furnished double room with its own balcony in a spacious four-bedroom period maisonette. The flat has a large open-plan living room, modern kitchen, two bathrooms and access to a communal garden with outdoor seating. The room is on the 2nd floor and comes with a bed, wardrobe and drawers (these can’t be replaced).

Located on a quiet tree-lined street close to Upper Street’s shops and restaurants, with excellent links at Angel, Highbury & Islington and Essex Road.

You’ll be sharing with three professional women in their late 20s–early 30s (friendly, tidy, sociable). We’re looking for a professional female who’s considerate, easy-going and wants a place that feels like a comfortable, relaxed home rather than just a room.

Not suitable for couples or smokers.
