Shared flat in Islington

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in a lovely shared flat in the heart of Islington. The current flatmate is a 21 year old female student, Farah, at City university who is kind, fun and easy going.

The location honestly couldn’t be better. The bus stop is less than a minute away, with routes straight into central London (around 30 minutes). Angel Underground Station is a 10 minute walk. Essex road station 5 minutes and Highbury & Islington station 15 minutes away and City university is only 15–20 minutes away. You’re also just 5-10 minutes from Islington High Street with amazing cafés, restaurants and shops. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco 5 minutes away and a larger Sainsbury’s about 13 minutes away.

Bills aren’t included, but council tax is free for students (or 25% off for non-students). There’s a £50 tenant-swap fee, which I’m happy to refund once you pass referencing. Bills usually come to around £70-100max each per month.
