Double Room between Old Street and Angel

I looking for someone to replace me in our cozy little flat.

Move-in date: 15 Jan 2026 (can negotiate 2-3 day before that date).

The room on offer is the room located on the upper floor (kitchen and one of the rooms downstairs and two rooms as well as bathroom and separate toilet upstairs).

The room on offer is the one shown in the pictures. It comes furnished including only the double bed, the wardrobe and the chest of drawer, desk, chair and shelves on the wall. The remaining is my touch which I will be taking with me.

The room is bright and warm, it is actually the warmest room in the flat.

Bills are not included but it is around 130 pounds a month (gas, electricity, council tax, water and internet).

We maintain the house to be clean and tidy throughout the week, with a cleaning schedule for each of us!

The location is safe and quiet.

10 min walk to Old street station 🚉
14 min walk to Angel station 🚉
Barbican, Farringdon, and Liverpool St stations all within <25 min walk.
8 min cycle to Kings Cross St Pancras 🚲

Many shops around us in Old Street and Angel: Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, M&S, Uniqlo, H&M.
