Double Room in Angel/Kings Cross

Hi Everyone,

**The room is £1,135 PCM with energy bills £50 PCM paid directly to the landlord. Council tax and internet is already included in the rent. Weekly cleaner is £45 paid on rotation.

The House:
Double Room in a 5 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom House in Angel will be available 25th January.

The room is on the 1st Floor with a window looking onto the Garden/Patio. The living room and kitchen is open plan and is fully equipped with lots of pantry storage. We have a separate washer and dryer.

The patio is spacious, great for barbecues, soirées, pre's, dinner parties in summer. Brownie points for someone with a green thumb.

The house is in a prime location: 10-15 min walk to Angel, Kings Cross and Caledonian and Barnsbury Station and lots of bus routes.

The People:
You’ll be living with 4 professions (30-34) with a mix of nationalities (Canadian, Australian, Italian and British). Our weeknights are quite chill, usually involving debriefs from the weekend shenanigans. We mostly have our own social lives but always up for a walk or pub.

You:
