0.7 miles away from Angel
4 different bus line (394,21,141,76) coming in and out from the street next to the flat.

Rent: 1000£ a month (1/3 of the utilities)

-Well insulated
-Well furnished and furbished
-Fast Wifi
-Very friendly neighbours
-Safe area (the flat is right next to a nursery)
-Very responsive landlord (he manages to send someone on the same day or at worst the next morning)
-split utilities (comes down to about 100£ for both wifi, water, gas and electric a month)
-LGBTQI+ friendly household
-I kid you not this is the most comfortable bed i ever slept it. I had horrible insomnia but i sleep like a baby in it.

-Be able to pass the credit check/have a guarantor

Additional notes:
The deposit has been already paid for, so all you need to worry about is the rent.
