Beautiful Ensuite Double Bedroom

Looking for a new housemate to take over my lovely room in a fantastic all-female flat share! I’m relocating abroad, so my fully furnished ensuite bedroom is available from 22nd February 2026.

About the Room & Flat:

The room is a spacious ensuite master bedroom (approx. 4.43m x 2.76m) with a large window, built-in wardrobe, drawers, desk, bedside table, bed, and mattress.

The entire flat is modern, fully furnished, and recently built. It features a large open-plan living room/kitchen, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, and a big balcony.

Building perks include a concierge for mail and a shared garden. The flat itself is managed by the property agent instead of the Landlord so its easy to get any issues fixed.

Location:

Wenlock Road, a 10-minute walk to both Angel and Old Street Tube stations. Incredibly convenient for City, Shoreditch, Islington, and beyond.

Housemates & Vibe:

You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going women in their 20s (one professional, one student).

We get along well! We share meals and groceries occasionally, do communal chores together, and enjoy trips to pubs or restaurants when schedules allow.

The ideal new flatmate is considerate, tidy, and keen to maintain a positive, respectful household.

Costs & Logistics:

Rent: £1,543 per calendar month (paid in 6-month increments to the agent).

Bills: ~£83 per month for electricity, water, and WiFi (existing set-up; you’ll just contribute).

Council Tax: Hackney Band E, but with a discount as one flatmate is a full-time student. Your share will be confirmed.

Deposit: £1,779 (you will pay this to me to replace my deposit held by the agent).

Contract: You will be added to a new contract with the landlord/agent for a minimum 6-month stay.

Additional Note:
As I’m moving abroad, I’m happy to negotiate separately on leaving some of my own items (e. g., ergonomic chair, bookshelf, duvet, kitchen trolley, etc.) if you’re interested.
