- fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave (+ washing machine/tumble dryer)
- juliette balcony (West facing windows in all rooms)
- building gym access included
- Internet and water included. Council Tax and electric not included.
The current housemate is kind, respectful, and independent, and she works full-time.
Location: heart of Angel next to Regent's Canal with easy access to Angel Station (~8 min walk) and Old Street Station (~12min). There are also several bus stops in the area. Co-op, Sainsburys, Tesco are all close by.
Available from the 28th Jan 2026 (flexible with date).
