Cosy room in a beautiful townhouse in Angel

Ready to move in now!

I’m helping Samantha (the owner) find a replacement for my room as I’ve recently moved back home.

It’s a cosy and calm home, and perfect for someone creative or working in central London.

📍 Location:

Right in the heart of Angel: central, well-connected, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Honestly one of the best locations I’ve lived in after 8 years in London!

🚇 5–10 min walk to the tube, plus amazing cafés, restaurants & shops on your doorstep. The canal is also next door if you enjoy lovely walks!

The room:

• Third floor (nice and private)
• Furnished with double bed, bedside tables & a spacious wardrobe (also has air conditioning)
• Bright, peaceful, and ideal for winding down after busy days

Shared spaces:

• Kitchen & living area on the first floor
• Warm, homely atmosphere, not a party house, but sociable when you want it to be

The flatmates:

• Nicole (27) – From the US, currently doing her MBA at Central Saint Martins (you’ll share the pictured bathroom with her)
• Sam (27) – Italian/American, live-in landlord and womenswear brand owner, works from home in her atelier
• Oscar (18) – Sam’s brother, often away so day-to-day it’s mostly just the girls

🐶 Bonus: Pimpa, the sweetest dachshund and ultimate little companion.

Samantha is looking for:

A full-time working professional or student for a long-term let. Girls preferred. Someone respectful, tidy, and happy to be part of a relaxed, friendly home.
