Cosy room in a beautiful townhouse in Angel

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP in a cosy and lovely flat right in the heart of Angel. Honestly, it’s the best location I’ve lived in during my 7 years in London. Angel Station is only a 5–10 minute walk away, there are loads of buses nearby, and the area has everything while still being quiet and residential.

The room is a furnished single room in a beautifully decorated townhouse spread over three floors. It’s on the third floor and comes with a cosy double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. You’ll be sharing a clean, well-organised bathroom with Nicole (27), who’s from the US and currently studying for an MBA at CSM. She also runs her own magazine.

You’d also be living with Sam (27), the landlord, who also studied at CSM and runs her own womenswear brand. She works from home. Her brother, Oscar (18), has just started university but isn’t home much and travels often. Sam and Oscar occupy the second floor. Finally, the first floor has a shared kitchen and living space, perfect for both relaxing and socialising.

Little side note: I am also a UAL alumni, if you are a creative, this is a great space too!

There’s also a significant bonus: Pimpa, the sweetest dachshund - affectionate, calm, and honestly the cutest little nugget.

Overall, it’s a calm, welcoming home. We’re looking for someone respectful, very tidy, and easy to live with. Whether you’re social or more introverted, it’s a place where you can really feel at home - as an introvert myself, I can definitely attest to the feel at home vibes.
