1-month (4 Feb to 1 Mar) Social Sublet in Angel!

We have a room going in our flat, as I’ll be away for a month. We have lived here for the last year, and are looking for someone to sublet my room from 4th February to 1st March and add to our home.

About the flat:
- Located right by Essex Road station.
- 10 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington station.
- Plenty of buses around.
- Tesco’s right next door.
- 10 minute walk to the canal & Shoreditch Park
- Fully furnished double room, with a wardrobe
- Modern kitchen
- Spacious living room, where we chill and hangout
- 1 bathroom, with an additional shower
- Balcony

About us:
We are a mixed flat, with 3 girls and 2 guys between 25–27, and are all working professionals.

Emma – 26, Canadian. Casually cooks extravagant meals during a workday lunch. Always out and about.

Felix – 25, British. Brings the tunes, movie recs and overall vibe to the house.

Molly – 26, British. Bubbly, easy-going and always up for a chat.

Ritika – 26, from Hong Kong. Loves festivals and CrossFit, and keeps the house plans organised.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, social, chilled and respectful of each other’s space. This will be a one-month sublet from 4th February to 1st March.
