Lovely bedroom in Prime N1 Location – Sublet (1 Feb – 23 April)

We’re renting out a light and cosy double bedroom in a fantastic N1 location on a short-term sublet, available from 1 February until 23 April.

* 8-minute walk to Angel Station (Northern Line)
* 15-minute walk to King’s Cross Station
* 5 minutes to large supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, M&S), gyms, shops, cafés, pubs & restaurants
* Plus, we’re close to the canals, perfect for scenic walks.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and set of drawers.

Please note:
* This is a sublet while our friend is back in New Zealand. He returns on 24 April and will be moving back into the room where his belongings are stored but will keep it as clear and tidy as possible.

The house is very well insulated and warm. Nice kitchen and a separate living area for everyone to enjoy. Balcony for fresh air. Shared upstairs bathroom with seperate toilet downstairs. Clean, tidy, and relaxed home environment.

We appreciate a clean and respectful flatmate who enjoys a balance of social time and personal space.

You’ll be living with Katie and Vy (F 30). We’re originally from New Zealand and both work in finance. We enjoy socialising, crafts, the outdoors, travelling, and going to concerts.

Costs
• Rent: ~£1,150 per month
• Bills: ~£200 each per month
