Big double room in 4-bed flat in Angel available from 9 January for approximately 2 months.
The bedroom is upstairs at the top floor of the building, is a good size (approx. 4 metres x 3 metres) and gets loads of light as it's south facing and with big windows looking out you can see the skyline of the City.
Provided in the room will be a double bed with good quality mattress (Emma premium), a large double wardrobe, a big sit-stand desk and an office chair, therefore it's well set-up for you to work from home. There is also a storage open wardrobe and under bed storage in the room.
The flat is over 3 floors above a coffee shop on Liverpool Road. It’s a peaceful place tucked away in Islington. And even though it's quiet here in the flat, it is very central and feels as if any destination is a 20 minute walk away.
The communal area is mainly on the lower floor - kitchen with electric hobs, your own storage shelf and fridge and freezer space in the fridge/freezer. There is a good stock of appliances and kitchen supplies for shared use.
In the living room there is a dining table, 3-seater sofa and TV in there. This living room is bright and spacious.
There’s a toilet downstairs, and a separate bath/shower room upstairs. The bathroom has shower, sink. Everything is functional and in pretty good condition.
Location: Angel and Highbury and Islington stations are both around 10 minutes’ walk (Angel less).
I am sub-letting the room while I go travelling. You'll be living with my flatmates Nardean, a 32 year old music producer from Australia, Adil, a 30 year old office manager, and Ismael, a 26 year old masters student.
They are all easygoing, respectful and tidy housemates.
Earliest move in date is 9 Febuary and the room will be available from then until around the end of March, so approximately two months. We could be a bit flexible within this date range, so let us know what would work for you.
Rent will be £270 per week, including bills £42 per week - inclusive of all standard bills: council tax, water, gas & electricity, internet and TV licence for the flat.
