Angel Big Double Room with En-suite (pet friendly)

Looking for a female to take over my lease in this beautiful 6 bedroom house right behind Camden Passage. Available March 1st or a bit before. Contract renews September 1st.

Cat in picture is my cat 🐈‍⬛ and she will be leaving with me. Pet - friendly house!

1500 per month bills not included. Bills are currently around 150-200 pounds per person per month including cleaning lady fees (once every 2-3 weeks). But will be less in the summer without the heating costs. Deposit is 2080 (6 weeks rent).

Smoking allowed in the garden but not in the house.

Bed and big wardrobe included in bedroom. Can negotiate to leave you the bathroom cabinets if you would like.

Would be living with 2 females and 3 males. They’re all professionals and 23/24 years old.

5 min walk to Angel tube station. One station away from Kings Cross (little bit less than 30 mins walk).
